I recently cleaned out a hunter's truck and he had left a squirrel in the truck by mistake.  He wasn't in the truck for a while because he only uses the truck for hunting.  Boy!  It was one stinky truck!.  I had to tear out the carpeting and shampoo, steam, then shampoo again.  I used an enzyme cleaner and then steamed again.  I finally got the odor out but I do NOT want to have to go through that again.

Eek, that's terrible! As I was reading that I was immediately saying to mysef: "carpet replacement, or serious carpet cleaning, and some heavy deoderizer!" Congrats on getting that smell out - hope you never have to do it again!

Now how in the world did he forget a squirrel in the truck after he killed it.  It seems like that would be something you remembered.  If I kill something, I know I'll remember it!

He and another fellow had killed several and they each thought the other one had gotten them.  They cleaned and dressed them together too.  Come to find out, they had left one that had rolled off of the plastic they had down and up under the seat.
